The game "Bonce" (the "App") is developed and published by Handtechnics. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
Handtechnics does not collect, store or sell any personal information. The App has no accounts and no sign-in. Your scores, coins, unlocked ball packs and themes, missions, streak and settings are stored only on your device, are never sent to us, and are deleted when you delete the App.
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the App submits your scores to its leaderboards and reports the achievements you earn, so that you can see how you compare with other players. This is optional: the App works fully without Game Center. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. Handtechnics does not receive your Game Center identity, your friends list or any information about other players.
The App offers one optional purchase, Bonce Pro, made through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; Handtechnics never sees your payment details, name or address. The App keeps only a record on your device that the purchase was made, so that it can unlock the content you paid for, and it can restore that record from your Apple Account on a new device using Apple's Restore Purchases feature.
The App never shows advertising between rounds or during play. If your version of the App offers optional reward videos (for a second chance after a lost run, or to double the coins you earned), those videos are served by Google AdMob and are shown only when you choose to watch one. Players who have purchased Bonce Pro are never offered a video, and the advertising software is not started at all for them.
To show and measure an ad, Google may collect information from your device, such as the device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system, and details about how the ad was viewed. This information is collected by Google under its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
On iOS 14.5 and later the App asks for your permission before allowing the advertising identifier to be used for tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you can still watch reward videos, but they will not be personalised to you. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Where required by law, the App also shows a consent form before personalised ads are served, and you can change your choice from the App's Settings screen.
The App can create an image of your score for you to share. This uses the standard iOS share sheet; nothing is shared unless you choose to, and Handtechnics never receives the image or knows where you sent it.
Besides your game progress and settings, the App remembers a small amount of housekeeping information, such as when it last asked you to rate it. All of this is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to Handtechnics. The App does not use analytics software and does not contain any code that reports your play to us.
The App contains a link to its own App Store page for rating and sharing. Following it takes you to Apple's App Store, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we change this policy we will post the new version at this address and update the date above.
